Delete connected Instagram data
What self-service deletion removes
For the Instagram account selected in your workspace, deletion removes the connection, encrypted Instagram access token, stored audits, posts, insights, transcripts and analysis. Private thumbnails and exports are queued for removal.
Deletion from merome does not delete your Instagram account, Instagram posts, or data that Instagram itself holds.
Delete from inside the app
Sign in to your Merome account to manage connected Instagram data. For Merome account deletion, contact the privacy address below.
Sign inIf you cannot sign in
Email privacy@merome.io with your Merome account email. We may need to verify that you are authorised to make the request before deleting data.
Revoking Instagram access
You may also remove the app's Instagram authorisation through Instagram's connected-app controls. Revoking access stops future authorised API use, but use this merome deletion page as well when you want data already stored by merome removed.
